Access Key: the digital good Spezz Exchange sells. Also commonly referred to as a license key, activation key, or key.
Partner(s):  are considered the third-party website on which you use the access key.
Redeemed Key: Access Key(s) redeemed or used on the Partner's website.
Un-redeemed Key: Access Key(s) that have not been redeemed or used on the Partner's website.
Technical Issue: are considered problems or issues with redeeming the access key.


By visiting Spezz Exchange, you agree to this return policy. If you disagree, we do not permit you to visit Spezz Exchange or use any of our services.


Most products sold by Spezz Exchange in new condition and returned within (90) days will receive a partial refund or exchange. Some items sold by Spezz Exchange have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Spezz Exchange policy board (refund exceptions), Spezz.exchange, or in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Once refunded, you may be permanently banned from the corresponding Partner's website. 


  • All un-redeemed keys can receive a partial refund within (90) days of the purchase date.
  • All redeemed keys must be within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • All redeemed keys must have a technical reason, to qualify for a refund.
  • All Monthly access keys must be returned within (15) days of the purchase date.
  • All Weekly access keys must be returned within (3) days of the purchase date.
  • All Daily access keys must be returned within (12) hours of the purchase date.
  • All keys that act as an account credit cannot be returned once redeemed.
  • The customer will need to contact the partner's support and work with them to resolve all technical issues before creating a refund request.
  • Any customer who break Spezz Exchange partner's Terms of Service will be ineligible for a refund.
  • If Spezz Exchange believe's you are trying to abuse the refund policy, we have the right to deny your request. An example of abuse would not having a technical issue.
  • Donations cannot be refunded.
  • Account credit cannot be refunded.
  • Crypto-currency payments cannot be refunded, instead you will receive a in store credit.


Please note, you will only receive a partial refund. The refunded amount can be calculated by the total transaction amount minus any processing/currency conversion fees. To return an item, the customer will first need to read our refund policy. Afterward, they will need to create a new support request by visiting this link: https://spezz.exchange/store/index.php?/support/create/.
Within the request, the customer must specify the reason(s) for the refund.

After receiving your return request and approving it, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the date we approve the refund to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return is initiated.
