REFUND POLICY

TERMINOLOGY
License key: the digital good Spezz Exchange sells. Also commonly referred to as an access key, activation key, or key.
Vendor: The individual or entity who is the legal owner or creator of the software or service for which the license keys are used and distributed to customers for use on the Vendor's website, Discord Server, or software.
Redeemed key: A license key activated and accepted by the user on the Vendor's website, Discord Server, or software, constituting a binding agreement between the user and the Vendor.
Un-redeemed Key: A license key not activated or utilized on the intended platform, such as a Vendor's website, Discord Server, or software. 
Technical Issues: Are any issues with redeeming the license key.

By visiting Spezz Exchange, you agree to this return policy. If you disagree, we do not permit you to visit Spezz Exchange or use our services.

REFUND POLICY
You can get a refund or store credit if you don't use your purchased keys within 90 days. If you have redeemed your keys and are experiencing technical issues, you have 30 days to request a refund or credit. Additionally, you may be eligible for a refund if authorized by the Vendor. However, please be aware that the Vendor may remove your access to their product or service after receiving a refund. 

It's important to remember that certain products may have exceptions regarding refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the refund exception section for more information.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS:

  • All Monthly license keys refund window is (15) days from the purchase date.
  • All Weekly license keys refund window is (3) days from the purchase date.
  • All Daily license keys refund window is (12) hours from the purchase date.
  • All license keys that act as an account credit on the Vendor's website, Discord server, or software cannot be refunded once redeemed.
  • Any customer who breaks Spezz Exchange or the product Vendor's Terms of Service will be ineligible for a refund.
  • If Spezz Exchange believes the customer is trying to abuse the refund policy, we (Spezz Exchange) retain the right to deny the customer's request. An example of abuse would be purposefully defrauding Spezz Exchange.
  • Donations cannot be refunded.
  • Account credit cannot be refunded.
  • Crypto-currency payments cannot be refunded. Instead, the customer will receive an in-store credit.

REFUND PROCESS:
To get a refund for an item you purchased, you must do a few things. First, make sure you read our refund policy. Then, go to this website: https://spezz.exchange/store/support/create/ and create a new support request. In your request, please tell us why you want a refund.
We'll start processing your refund once we receive and approve your request. Please give us at least fifteen (15) days after we approve your refund to complete the process. We'll keep you informed by email during this time.
